ROI/TCO GUIDELINES

Our aim is to prepare ROI/TCO guidelines as prescriptive as possible for implementing specific IT solutions. The value assessment engagements typically require high level executive support and few weeks of analysis and delivery time depending upon the scale of the deployment.

There are already TCO calculators for specific technology value assessments such as the Citrix VDI TCO calculator or Microsoft Lync Business Value calculator. However these are broad tools and do not incorporate the existing conditions of the Our approach here is to merge the product, services and deployment knowledge with the target organisation’s needs and structure to achieve a more accurate estimation.

VALUE ASSESSMENT FOR MERGERS & ACQUISITIONS

Using Industry standard assessment and discovery tools the existing infrastructure and IT assets are evaluated and a detailed report is presented at the end of the engagement.

The organisations should cooperate in deploying the assessment tools and providing user accounts, firewall rule exceptions under NDA to complete the engagement successfully.
